高い度数ながら、それを感じさせないほどの深い熟成感と滑らかさが特徴です。
色濃いマホガニー（赤褐色）がかった深い琥珀色香り濃厚なバニラ、
焦がしたキャラメル、そして力強いオークの存在感。
シナモンやナツメグのようなスパイス感も奥深く感じられます。
味わい口に入れた瞬間にパワフルなアタック。
ローストナッツやトフィー（砂糖菓子）のような甘さに、
凝縮されたダークフルーツ（レーズンなど）の風味、
そして樽由来のしっかりとしたタンニン（渋味）が感じられます。
フィニッシュは、暖かく長く持続する余韻。焦げたオークと甘さが残ります。
2024年リリースのコンセプト
ブッカーズは、ジムビーム社の名誉マスター・ディスティラーだったブッカー・ノウが、
親しい友人や賓客に樽から直接振る舞っていたバーボンを商品化したもので、
「ブッカーズ」という名前は彼に由来します。
バレルプルーフ（樽出し）の力強さ
このバーボンは、冷却濾過（チルフィルター）や加水を一切行わず、
樽からそのままの状態でボトリングされます。
そのため、非常に高いアルコール度数（バレルプルーフ）となり、
原酒が持つ最高のポテンシャルと凝縮された風味をダイレクトに味わえます。
スモールバッチ（少量生産）
マスターディスティラーのテイスティングにより、
味わいが最高の状態に達したごく少数の樽が選ばれ、
ヴァッティング（ブレンド）されます。
この選定によって、ロットごとのユニークな個性が生まれます。

Despite its high proof, it is characterised by a profoundly matured character and remarkable smoothness that belies its strength. A deep amber colour with rich mahogany (reddish-brown) hues. The aroma is intense with vanilla, burnt caramel, and a powerful oak presence. Deep undertones of spices like cinnamon and nutmeg are also discernible. Taste: A powerful attack upon entry. Sweet notes of roasted nuts and toffee, concentrated dark fruit flavours (such as raisins), and firm tannins (astringency) from the cask are felt. The finish offers a warm, long-lasting aftertaste, leaving lingering notes of burnt oak and sweetness.
Concept for the 2024 Release
Booker's is the commercialisation of the bourbon that Booker Noe, the honorary master distiller of Jim Beam,
used to serve directly from the barrel to close friends and distinguished guests. The name “Booker's” originates from him.
The Power of Barrel Proof
This bourbon is bottled straight from the barrel without any chill filtration or dilution. Consequently, it boasts a very high alcohol content (barrel proof), allowing you to experience the raw spirit's full potential and concentrated flavours directly.
Small Batch
Following tasting by the Master Distiller,
only a select few barrels reaching peak flavour are chosen
for vatting (blending). This selection process creates the unique character of each batch.
